Our team consists of Marcia and Amber Taams, our Housekeeper, Charin Rosa, and our Secretary, Luvia Hellement.
In 2009, my husband, Jan, and I began renting our first vacation villa, Kas Kinikini. We soon followed with Casa Sablica, and the following year, we purchased our beach apartments. We set a high standard in the quality of our Vacation Rentals.
I am originally from Durban, South Africa, where I met my island husband, Jan Taams. Since 1992, we have lived on the island.
In 2016, Amber, our daughter, joined the team continuing the family business.
Amber grew up in Curacao. She attended high school in NJ, USA, and she lived for a few years in The Netherlands. Amber lives 10 minutes away from the apartments, and she can assist you should the need arise.
Our Housekeeper, Charin, hails from Curacao. She has family in Bonaire, where she spent part of her youth. Luvia, our Secretary, grew up in Banda bou, on the west side of the island. With this team, we manage our properties.
We take care of our guests as we manage our homes, with the help of our loyal staff, which gives us control over cleaning, any information required, and a quick response should an issue occur.
We love what we do. We are passionate about Tourism. We want to make you feel at home and to experience Curacao through the eyes of a local. We wish nothing more than that you have a great vacation on our beautiful island and return to stay with us.
CITI audited our apartments on behalf of the Curaçao Tourism Board. In November 2019, we received their approval. This quality audit takes place every two years. Returning guests will experience the same standard as when they first came to stay.
Through instant messaging, we stay in touch with you from the time you leave home. We receive you personally with a welcome drink and we give you a tour of the apartment explaining the dos and the don’ts in the Resort.
